Please note that CICC HKAM has no connection whatsoever with these fraudulent platforms. We bear no responsibility for any losses suffered by investors arising from activities relating to these fraudulent platforms.
CICC HKAM reminds you to stay vigilant and avoid joining any investment groups, relying on any information from, subscribing to or conducting trading transactions through any of these fraudulent platforms to avoid financial losses.

Access to information relating to unauthorized funds
Certain investors who are qualified as “Professional Investor” as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance in Hong Kong are provided with user account details and password to access restricted information on this Website relating to unauthorized funds which are offered to Professional Investors only (“Restricted Information”). These investors are defined as “Qualified Investors” for the purposes of this section.
The Qualified Investor(s) by accessing the Restricted Information represents, warrants and undertakes that:
(a). the Qualified Investor meets the criteria for a “Professional Investor” by reason of its falling within a category of person as described under the Securities and Futures Ordinance;
(b). the Qualified Investor confirms that it has provided sufficient and accurate information for CICC HKAM to enable CICC HKAM to determine that the Qualified Investor is a Professional Investor for the purposes of accessing to the Restricted Information and will provide such documentary evidence required from time to time as may be required by CICC HKAM from time to time to support this confirmation. The Qualified Investor undertakes to notify CICC HKAM (i) if it ceases to be a Professional Investor, or (ii) in the event of any material change relating to the Qualified Investor, or (iii) in the event of any material change to the information provided by the Qualified Investor in respect of gaining the access to Restricted Information;
(c). it will provide CICC HKAM with all identity, “know-your-client” and other information and documentation as may be reasonably requested by CICC HKAM from time to time;
(d). all information and particulars provided by the Qualified Investor to CICC HKAM at any time are and will remain true and correct, and that the Qualified Investor will promptly notify CICC HKAM in writing of any changes thereto; and
(e). it acknowledges that its extent of access will be determined based on the information it provides, and accordingly CICC shall accept no liability for any access granted due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by it.
